My wifi modem has been offline since yesterday and I’ve done everything to try to fix it but nothing has happened. And when I try to reset it online it says I have to be a Xfinity customer, what do I do

First. Check here for official info on any possible local outages;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
