WiFi not connecting

WiFi not connecting lately.

soon need to exchange my decision a store?

I’ve been with Xfinity for the last 5 years but this is the first time we have experienced this kind of concern.

Hello and good morning @chrisf2. Thanks for reaching out to our team for help with your Wi-Fi concerns. I would like to try and troubleshoot your connection with you before you go int a store to swap out your device. 

Can you tell us more about what's going on such as a slow or intermittent connection? 

Are multiple devices affected or just one?

Can you tell us more about your set-up; Do you have a separate router, splitters, extender, surge protector or amplifier connected?
