WiFi network thinks it’s in another time zone

I'm in eastern time zone but when I log on to my xfinity wifi (at home) it sets the computer to pacific time and no matter how may times I go into setttings to reset to eastern, it keeps going back.  This happens on every computer that logs on to my home network.  Not an issue at my office.

There was a similar post a couple of months ago that @ComcastJoeTru seemed to know how to solve but it's closed and I can't reply there.  When I talked to customer service they had no clue, couldn't find the post and wasted way too much of my time.

Going forward, I'm truly sorry to hear about the time issues you're having on your devices while logged into your home network as I know situations like this can be frustrating to say the least! I'd like to take a closer look from the backend and see what tools we have to help.

Hello, I am having the same issue. I live in a Pacific Standard Time Zone but I am defaulting to Eastern Time Zone. Can you please help me too?????

Can you tell me if you have checked the date and time setting in your devices operating system?
