Wifi name not showing
A tech came to set up my wifi but the name isn't showing in available networks I've restarted all devices being used and it only shows on one of them

Problem solved after I took the equipment back a great customer service rep took thoroughly good look and figured out the problem I was issued the wrong equipment and then he gave me the right equipment all is well wifi is up running fast and strong and smooth no more problems 👌🏾💯

Hi there, @user_t1ytt0! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. That is definitely odd. If you see it on one then it shows that it is broadcasting. Are the other devices within range of the gateway?
