Wifi name and password won’t change

I need to change the setting for the Wi-Fi Name and Password and Security for the 2.4Ghz 

I configure the setting through the Web Site and click SAVE and it never changes left it on that screen for several hours and neve saved the configuration.

I have a few systems that CAN NIOT use the WAP 3 under the 2.4Ghz.

Ever since I have gotten the replacement modem have had noting [Edited: "Language"] internet, low grade Wi-Fi if and when it want to connect.   Modem rebooting on it own, looses the Wi-Fi and have rebooted and reset to factory more time that I care to remember.

Wish we never upgraded to this shorty modem which never gets any where near the speeds we are paying for and Comcast claims to be sending.

the link works to bad did not help.

I can change the information CAN NOT get it to save the changes.

I click save and nothing happens.

Have you tried to clear your cache and cookies?

Yes

Different Browser

Different OS and Browser

Different Computer

Private Browser with each

Rebooted the modem

Reset the Wi Fi from the Gateway

Once I try to save the bands split does not will not happen.  I have to have them spit for certain device to connect.

Does the save every single time.  Will not let me even select turn off SSID.

Have no app access or anything to put the app on.

They are sending replacement modem.
