Wifi Keeps Going Out
So, I just recently switched to Xfinity because I moved into their service area. All was well and good for about a month until for the past week my wifi has been going out at least once a day. If I try to get help, they (a robot) tells me to reset it. Resetting it helps but it doesn’t help it not go back out again. It’s super frustrating because it takes so many hoops just to talk to a human

For a test, does a computer / device that is hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an Ethernet cable have the same problem ?
With this test, we are trying to isolate this down to being either a WiFi-only problem or a problem with the general connection to the Comcast system, which would of course affect both. It's a good first step in troubleshooting before proceeding any further.

Hello, @opaltides sorry to have read your service has been having connection issues. Have you been able to apply @EG suggestion to test your connection? I also recommend downloading the Xfinity App from the Apple Store or Google Play to check for area wide service interruptions that could be affecting your household.
