WiFi coverage

Hi, I need help getting reliable Wi-Fi coverage in our attached garage so we can connect our sprinkler system controller. I don’t currently have an extender. I’d like to know whether a technician can assess the Wi-Fi coverage and what Xfinity recommends before I purchase an extender.

There are other options. Google for WiFi repeaters / range extenders, WiFi mesh systems / pods. Good luck !
