WiFi coverage is poor in 2 BHK home

I’m using Xfinity internet and cable services since 4 years. Since 2 weeks, Xfinity modem coverage became very poor and unable to cover a 2 BHK apartment. I’ve kept the modem in middle of the house and getting very low speed in Bed rooms and covering only the hallway. This is impacting my work.

You got to protect what butters your bread, so I totally get where you're coming from and I have your back. Are you experiencing slow speed, intermittent connections, or both? Also, are you only experiencing the issue in the areas of your home that you mentioned or all over?
