Why was my bandwidth downgraded?

I’ve been having streaming issues and website loading issues since the last week or so.  I’ve tested everything on my end and everything is good (all green lights).  Every speedtest caps immediately at ~22Mbps, everywhere I test.  Even when I go directly to my router.  Prior to all this, my speedtest results were over 100Mbps.  It appears to me I have been throttled or there’s a local problem.

Hello @osx_guy and thank you for your post. Having data issues would be frustrating and never something we want you to deal with. I know if I was in your shoes and noticed my speeds only reaching 22 Mbps I would have questions too. I can assure you that we never throttle speeds so something else is happening. We are here to help. When you are doing your speed test are you using our website https://speedtest.xfinity.com/ ?

@XfinityPeterH​ It's all good now.  I do use the Xfinity app for my speed tests.  I tested Friday (again) and saw a notice that there was an issue in the Xfinity network and was scheduled to be fixed on the 14th.  However, when I tested yesterday (12th) everything was back to normal.
