Why can’t I get a supervisor? Why can’t I get competent help?

I submitted a complaint. I submitted a request. I’ve done everything for two months possible to get a supervisor to call me back the last time. I just tried to send this form with a whole entire explanation itself deleted so I’m still waiting for somebody in the United States in a position of authority, that can actually do something to help me with my account since your executive customer service can’t and neither can you laughable over overseas customer service I requested a supervisor and they refused. It’s a good thing. I record all my calls so I’m still waiting and I need a supervisor to call me to solve a simple problem that shouldn’t be so complicated.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
