Whole home WIFI assessment is wrong

I have the complete package and live in a 3,800 SQF house. The main unit is at one end of the house due to cabling. The WiFi signal only reaches a little more than half of my house. The other half is dead. In my prior system I needed three extenders to cover my house. I could not wait for 14 days for the assessment  to have half of my a house without WiFi. So the assembly was done with three  Netgear extenders of different models. So the email I got stated I do not qualify for the free Pod. But I need the one free and maybe two more because the connect to the Netgear extenders is not reliable. They loose connection to the Xfinity router at least once a week and I need to reset the whole system to get them working again. Also, when I do the reset some of my devices loose connections and I need to reset the WiFi connections to some cameras and other devises. This unreliability is a pain that is becoming intolerable. I have spoken several times over the phone and they do not listen to my problem and just state that the email is the determination and the evaluation can only be done once.  I need a stable system. How can I get a fair assembly of my situation and get this resolved with what your package offers? If you are not able to solve the coverage and reliability of signal issue I want to return the equipment and close the contract without any penalties because you are not honoring the terms of the contract and service provided is very poor and unstable. I look forward to a positive resolution as soon as possible.

Xfinity WiFi pods are probably not the solution you are looking for if you are trying to cover a large area while trying to pass through construction materials or trying to get signal on multiple levels, and it really depends on the physical layout of your floor plan.

Extenders/Repeaters in general are also not very reliable for that either, especially if you are trying to pass a lot of data that you would need for camera feeds.  You just won't have the bandwidth required to push the data on a repeated signal.

If you are trying to do cameras and other large bandwidth applications, ideally, they'd be hard wired with an Ethernet connection.  If you can't do that, then hard wired WiFi Access Points placed where you need them, and close to the camera locations would be the next best thing.  Many of them also can handle the device-hand-off while roaming between access points when you move around the house.

If it isn't possible to wire locations you need with Ethernet, then a WiFi mesh network system with enough remote units to cover the area, strategically placed can also work.  They have to be placed close enough to each other to do the data transfer you require, and there will be some experimentation involved, but they do handle the remote-unit to remote-unit to base-unit transfer much better.  A site survey using a free WiFi utility like Acrylic Home WiFi, then running speed tests on devices while connected can help with that.

You can also hire a company or consultant to do this for you if you want it to work, but it isn't something Xfinity is going to be able to help you with.  They just handle the internet connection, not your end application, or WiFi distribution troubleshooting.
