We haven't had internet since Monday morning when the storm started. This is the longest I've ever been without internet and need it for work. They said they were coming to fix it since Wednesday, then Thursday, now Friday, and they keep doing nothing/delaying without explanation. What kind of customer service is this? I'm 02740. If they know it's a problem for many customers, and they can't fix it right away, please communicate that. Thinking about switching service providers if possible. Their tech support is terrible.
