What speeds should my speed test from Xfinity app be showing?
I am getting about 30% of my plan speed when running the speed test from the Xfinity mobile app. I have gigabit Ethernet and a tech just came out to my house and told me these speeds are “average”. If that’s the case why am I paying for 1300?

Hi there! Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support @user_ygp3np! We are so glad to hear from you and want to assist in any way that we can to ensure you are having the best experience with your service. Sounds to me like there may be an issue with connectivity at your location because 30% doesn't sound like anything to average if you ask me. We are glad to take a closer look at what's going on to see what could be causing this issue for you. Please feel free to shoot us a private message with your details so that we can get started.
