What is the phone number when their is property damage to get reimbursement?
My sprinkler line was damaged when Comcast contractor used a digger on my property to burry a line in December 2024. I have called 3 times and submitted photos to abuse@comcast.net as I was instructed. I have never been contacted or given a ticket number. I have sent 3 emails with no contact. When I called the main customer service number they did not know how to connect me with that department and offered no other help. I am so angry at this point and it has wasted so much of my time. I need a [Edited: "Language"] number and someone to take care of it. Who do I contact that handles this issue.
