Unable to load CSS or JavaScript files on websites using Imperva. Worked fine yesterday but doesn’t work today. Able to load websites if I hot spot on my phone.

Hello @user_3abef7! Thanks for sharing your experience. What error are you getting when you try to load CSS and Java?

@XfinityChe The error presents in the developer tools and the error is net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.  Sometimes I can get the page to partially render and other times I get a page indicating a failed connection

I am also having this problem.  The issue appears to be regional at least as far as I've been able to find with coworkers and others facing impact.  I will add that this does not appear to only be on CSS and Javascript load, but can affect the page loading at all.

Hey there, @user_1cb25a, thank you for sharing those details and helping narrow down the issue. Have you gone through any troubleshooting steps so far, if so what steps have you completed?

Thanks for your response.  Yes I have done loads of troubleshooting, I attempted to address all variables on the client side (things I control), to no avail.  Restarted modem and network equipment, tried different browsers and devices.  Cleared cache/cookies/browser data, tried incognito mode.  None of this made a difference.

The thing that HAS made a difference is connecting on a full-tunnel VPN.  There seems to be something between the xfinity and imperva sides that is not working well together at least in my geo area.

@user_1cb25a A good first step is to report the issue on our site here. https://spa.xfinity.com/report . Let me know if you have any trouble with that.
