Website Issues
So i have been trying to post videos of a screen recording I did that shows my speed go from zero to 700mbps and then drop to 500 and then slowly drop to 200mbps. The Minute I submit the video via a link as the site wont let me upload it as a video I get a 404 error when i click on the post then it is gone!!!
If people take the time to go back a few pages you will see many people who have a Gig to 1.3 Gig are having problems. I see many posting Tracert results which they will just ignore. I have problems with the Backbone servers myself.
I am working with level 3 support and have a new line from the pole to my modem and an new XB8 and am having terrible problems with speed. I somehow feel this is not a local problem but a national problem.

@Aceq2jot
Just as an FYI, we aren't removing any of your posts. I'm not sure why you're not able to post a link to the video and why you're getting the 404. We've had a software problem with folks trying to add a hashtag and getting the same results.
Where are you "hosting" the video and how long is it?

@Aceq2jot Thank you for stopping and sharing this information. I am not sure what is going on with your posts, but I did let our MODs/Experts know. I can say if you are sharing images in a link, those may be blocked due to our site's security. As for your current connection issues, if you are working with level 3 support, we would have to refer you back to them. Level 3 support gets you a dedicated point of contact for most issues that would be your exclusive support for concerns regarding your connection until you receive a resolution. I would recommend you reach out to them to share the information you have found.
