WebEx won't work

Was there a solution for getting WebEx working when blocked by Comcast? Similar to https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/search?q=webex, everything else is working fine... just WebEx doesn't want to work. Calling in, the help staff claim that Comcast only provides a signal and will not block anything, so I have no leads.

Nevermind, figured it out. Comcast DNS Servers decided to arbitrarily stop resolving Webex.com. Switch DNS Servers in your router (I used Google's) and you'll be unblocked.

@user_7f7446 Sorry for the delayed response. I would love to help and troubleshoot WebEx. Have you tried accessing WebEx on a incognito window? 

I no longer work for Comcast.

Is it a Comcast rented gateway device ? If so, you can't.
