We are having outages everyday and sometimes several times a day

For a couple of months our wifi service got slower or non responsive.  Then last couple weeks we have daily outages, and like yesterday we has 3 outages for a time during the day.  Some others in our neighborhood has experienced some issues as well.  We followed chatbot troubleshooting everyday.  Tech appt was 2 weeks out so we drove our tower to Xfinity Store in Lynchburg VA and said could our tower be getting old?  We received a new gateway tower and thought all our troubles were over.  Same days as the new tower was installed another outage.  Outage map always shows the same thing. Or Xfinity says you’re 100% fine.  I mean really?  Why would I keep on reporting if my wifi is fine?   I always request credit after each outage and only have got 2 credits during the last couple of several weeks.
Surely Xfinity shows this is happening everyday?  We rely on our wifi as lifeline for work and daily function of all things.  How do I get this reported with someone who can address issue.  And please do not ask us to unplug, reboot, chat with bot to take care of this.  Everyday outages is Xfinity issue not customer issue.
