VPN keeps disconnecting

I am running an Eero mesh network from my X-fi router and no matter what I do, I cannot stay connected to my work VPN. I have called Eero and they have monitored their equipment and it is fine. I have been to my work IT department and they have uninstalled and reinstalled the Cisco VPN, tried different servers, and nothing helps. I am one level down from the router so I cannot hard wire to it. I have to use another mean. Any suggestions? I'm desperate to be able to work in peace!
