View gateway uptime

I suspect my gateway went down this am as my devices send me alerts that they could not ping the gateway private IP address. How can I see the uptime statistics?

Thank you for reaching out over our community forum page. To be able to check the information in your gateway, once you log in, too (10.0.0.1) and are at the main screen, you will need to select the dropdown menu for Connection under Gateway. Then select XFINITY Network. Scroll down to find the Downstream and Upstream information. I hope this helps find what you are looking for.

@XfinityErika​ thanks, that worked, looked like the gateway rebooted about the time my device apparently saw link down.
