Video conferencing

For the last 3-4 months (mid-November) I have been experiencing intermittent connection issues while on video conference calls.  This occurs regardless of video conferencing platform (Google, Zoom, Teams, etc) and occurs with multiple computers both connected via wifi and LAN, never with a VPN enabled.  Speed tests show the connection is performing as it should overall but the video conference calls freeze for 1-3 seconds at a time and no internet connection is available during those instances.

I have this happen multiple times throughout the day and specifically between 8am-12pm well over the last year. Interestingly and disappointingly, when I have to connect to my hotspot because xfinity has dropped or is lagging, I have no issues finishing my meeting.

Good morning @user_z684bc, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues that you are having with the connection while on a video conference, as someone that works from home and has team meetings with video, I can understand the frustration of having issues with that, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this. When you have tested the connection, did you get information about the upload speed and if that was testing ok as well?

Thank you for the reply @XfinityJeff

I have tested many times over the last couple months using speedtest.net and Upload is consistently in the 350+ Mbps range and Dowload is in the 950+ Mbps range.

Given these freezing episodes are very sporadic and usually only last a couple seconds I cannot get a test run while those are actively occurring.
