Vandago at Home not connecting

Roughly 3 weeks ago I noticed that I had been logout of Fandago at Home app on all my devices (Roku, Smart TVs , PC and my phone).Despite many different password changes I am still unable to log into my Fandago at Home account. This ivolves aything with Xfinity Internet account. I know that my Fandago account is working because I can access the account no my phone as long as I am not connected to the WIFI,  If I connected to Fandago and then connect to the WIFI I am immediately logout of Fanadago. I can also access Fanadago at Home using my work computer whre I can login into the account and review all relevaant information. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Since, none of your solutions have worked I'm not going  to check Accepted Answer. That being said, I found out about a week agao that I am now able to log back into Fandango's website and apps as if nothing was ever wrong. Was it a whitelisting on the xfinity firewall or something else I just don't know? But. I am  now able to login to Fandango and I consider the issue resloved

user_1e1sxc, No problem. We are happy to hear that the issue is now resolved. 🙌 We are not seeing any reports of a Fandango whitelisting on our end. When you were experiencing the issue, did you try connecting over a different signal, such as a cellular connection instead of your home network? While we have you, is there also anything else we need to touch on? We want to make sure you are satisfied. How is your current level of services and price working for you? If you haven't heard, we are now offering 5-year price guaranteed plans in certain areas that include a modem rental, unlimited data, and one Unlimited Mobile line for 12 months.

As I]ve stated in other message. it worked as long as I was not connected to my Xfinity wifi (Cell and at my work location were fine) so I don't know what changed on your end.

Hi there, @user_1e1sxc! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. This is the first time I have heard of an issue such as this. The first thing that comes to mind is parental controls. Do you use them for any type of site blocking? Information located here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-parental-controls-with-comcast-networking

No, not at all. Like I said in my post I can login to my  Fandago at Home  account (so I know the account is good  as long as I'm not connected to the WIFI.

@user_1e1sxc, what I'm referring to is the parental controls for XFINITY. That would be independent of the actual Fandango At Home account settings. The XFINITY settings would have to do with your home WiFi as a whole. Since you mentioned that you are OK to connect off-network, that is why it came to mind.

I don't have children so I've never set any type of parental controls unless xfinity has set something I don't know about. But again this only effects Fandango not any of my other apps like Netflix, HBO, Paramount, Amazon and so on.

We are not currently tracking any known issues with the Fandango or Fandango At Home app.  You mentioned that this works over the cellular network, but is there an alternate Wi-Fi network we can try as well?  Does this happen even when navigating to the normal fandango site?

Here is the latest update. I have checked parental controls and they are totally off. I can login to Fandango's web app on my work machine (US Govt and Comcast is definitely not the ISP. Since Fandango is owned by Comcast and I tried to use the app and was able to login after I used my phone and turned off the WIFI. I still cannot login to any of my devices (Roku, Smart TVs, Fire Boxes...etc.) where I have to use a user name and password. I get a login failed error message every time
