URGENT: VPN not working

Just like all the people from this thread we are having issues with VPN over Comcast. I have many users of our VPN.  Only users on Comcast are experiencing unusable VPN connections.  If I have them switch to a hotspot on the Verizon network they can connect without any issue.  @Dyiguy1234 on the other thread just closed the thread saying it was a known issue that is being worked on.  If its still an issue I would think he should not be closing the thread.

May I have more information on what happens when they try to connect when connected to our internet? Are they using our equipment, or their own?
