Upstream Noise Causing T3 Timeouts & OFDMA Profile Drops (Daily Pattern)
Symptoms
Repeated T3 timeouts (never T4)
OFDMA profile flapping between 10 ↔ 11 ↔ 12
Occasional CCAP commanded power mismatch warnings
Short upload freezes during noise bursts
OFDMA always relocks afterward
No downstream issues at all (SNR 40–41 dB, OFDM PLC 42–43 dB)
My upstream transmit power stays around 42.8–43.3 dBmV, so the modem isn’t struggling to reach the CMTS.

This pattern repeats almost identically every day.
The cable is new from the drop directly to the modem using ppc connectors. I installed a PPC FPA6-54 last week. Field techs have been sent to my home twice. On May 21st I was informed by a field tech that maintanace was informed and would come out that week. Yesterday and today I had to power reset my modem in the morning.
