UPNP question

Hello I have one of the newest Xfinity gateways (dont know the exact model) I logged into admin tool and I see that UPNP is disabled by default. I have Xbox Series X, I don't use it for multiplayer or connecting with other players, I just use it for single player games, installing games and regular updates. Does this require UPNP or can I keep it disabled? I also have firestick connected to the gateway but I don't think it matters for firestick. I know back in the day UPNP was enabled on Comcast modems but the newer models got it disabled by default. Xbox also tells me that I have moderate NAT type, so is that OK to just play games and do streaming in firestick?
