Upload speed significantly smaller

I love playing games and occasionally stream on twitch, which earns a bit of income. I stopped for a bit due to being busy and decided to do some streaming today. I was upset to find that my bitrate frames were dropping drastically which tells me my upload speed was garbage. I checked and sure enough I was barely getting 1 mbps while a month ago I was getting around 70-100+ Mbps. What happened? I am upset because streaming is a good portion of my income.
