Upload speed capped at 35Mb, should be 100

Hey everyone,

I've been working with support for a week on this but I wanted to bring this to the community. I got the same email the rest of you got, won't need xFi Complete or an Xfinity owned modem to get higher upload speeds shortly. I switched back to my MB8611 and my account is very clear as to what I should be able to get, 200Mb isn't available yet but it says 100Mb is. I can also confirm that with an Xfinity modem and xFi Complete I was getting the full 1.2Gb down and 200Mb up.

Speed: Download speed: up to 1200 Mbps, Upload speed: up to 100 Mbps

Equipment: Customer owned modem

But nothing so far has been able to get me over 35Mb upstream. Support insists that the modem is provisioned properly, speed tests say otherwise.

One thing I've noticed is it looks like my modem is configured more for Docsis 3.0 but this is far outside of my area of expertise so I was hoping that someone here who was more knowledgeable than I am could take a look and translate. To me this doesn't look right and could explain why my speeds aren't setup properly.
