Upgraded service is slow and spotty.
I upgraded from 500 to 1000 Mbps last night. This morning when I woke up the internet stopped. I reset my modem 3 times through the browser interface, and once by unplugging, but nothing helped. I went to work and was told by my family that it "just started working." However, when I got home they reported that it had gone in and out all day. When it was working they said it was slow. Xfinity Assistant is not helpful at all. It says there are no outages, which I can believe, but there has to be more than a coincidence that things got slow and spotty after the upgrade.
