Upgraded Cable Modem, not getting upload speeds advertised
I recently upgraded my cable modem from a Nighthawk CM1000 to a CM2000 to improve my upload speeds. According to my plan, I have up to 100Mbps upload speeds, but my router (TP Link Archer BE800) is indicating I am only getting 35Mbps, which is the same as with my CM1000 modem. How do I get enabled for my full upload speed?

I tried DM'ing support, but I'm not getting any responses. The modem is indicating that it only has 4/8 upload channels active, and no OFDM upload channels active. I'm guessing I need to be reconfigured for the higher speeds. (Download speed is fine.)

That part is normal. Most market areas offer only 4 to 6 bonded upstream channels. And OFDM on the upstream is not enabled anywhere as of yet. Perhaps the 100 Mbps is not yet actually available in your area ? Or perhaps it is but the wrong speed configuration file is being pushed to the modem ?
I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) who are available to these boards. They will be able to poll the system to see if it is and also see if your account data is correct and complete in their backend database. Good luck!
