Unstable Internet

I have done all of the necessary checks, and my Internet is still unstable and has been for two weeks.

We have had stable internet for our entire time with XFINITY.  None of the troubleshooting works, most of the time I can’t connect to Xfinity to troubleshoot because of the instability.  Our modem has been replaced three times in the last year. We’re supposed to have a split connection with 2.4 and 5.0, but only have 2.4.  I tried a chat with a representative ~a month ago, and they tried to upsell equipment and plan.  I’m beyond frustrated paying for a service that’s not provided.
