Unstable Internet, Ethernet Connection
I've recently signed on with xFinity at the beginning of this month. I've really been having bad connection problems, specifically around 8-10 am and then 4-5 pm.
I do work from home so this isn't something that can continue to happen. I purchased a 400 mbps plan so that there wouldn't be an issue with bandwidth.
I also bought a brand new ethernet cable on Saturday so it's not the connection between to router and the computer

Can you initiate a direct message and start with your full name and address? To start a direct message, you must be signed in. Please click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right of the page next to the bell, and send your message to "Xfinity Support". Talk to you there
