@user_0pzovj Thanks for letting us know. Not being able to gain access to some of your favorite pages would be frustrating. Here are some steps you can check:

  1. Check Network Configuration:

    • Ensure your network is not blocking the websites. Sometimes corporate networks have firewalls or proxy servers that block certain sites.
    • Verify that your DNS settings are correct. You can try using a public DNS server like Google DNS (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1).
  2. Clear Browser Cache:

    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Sometimes, old cache data can cause loading issues.
  3. Disable Browser Extensions:

    • Temporarily disable any browser extensions that might interfere with website loading.
  4. Try a Different Browser:

    • Use a different browser to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is browser-specific.

@XfinityPeterH how can I get my router credentials to check the configurations?

You would need to look up the manufactures default admin login information.

From the router gateway I can see that the websites are accessible but from my laptop's browser/terminal, the call gets terminated saying "

Destination Port Unreachable". Any suggestions on what the issue might be? For some reason the router does not seem to be forwarding some calls only. Verified the firewall settings as well and nothing seems to be problematic.
