Ubiquiti UCI locked at 40Mbps upload

I'm on a 1.1Gbps / 300Mbps plan, however, I only see 40Mbps upload.  I have a Ubiquiti UCI which appears to be approved for faster upload speeds.  I've already had a tech out and they confirm they see higher speeds through the cable but are saying the modem is the limiting factor.  It appears that others (https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/your-home-network/ubiquiti-uci-nextgen-x2-only-40mbps-upload/678be8b9ec3cb6282638d323) have had similar issues and been able to get it resolved on these forums.  What can I do to get help checking whether my modem is properly provisioned for the speed tier I'm on?

Hi there, @tc123456789! Those new speeds are fantastic! We are happy to help so you can enjoy them in your home! We would need to check your account from here to determine why that is not coming through. Most times, it is because the bootfile has not updated. We can update it by sending a provisioning signal. I see that you already sent a direct message so I will continue there. 

 

Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.
