Ubiquiti UCI activation timeout
I am replacing a working customer owned Arris SB8200 modem with a new Ubiquiti UCI (device Version 1.4.3).
Activation using the Xfinity app V 5.55.0- fails with "Let's troubleshoot your equipment and try again". Same result after troubleshooting.
- CMAC address entered in Xfinity App matches UCI screen CMAC. Same timeout if I enter UCI MAC
- During activation UCI shows connection to Comcast with transmit and receive (~.04 mbps)
- Replacing UCI with Arris SB8200 restores Internet connection

Ubiquiti UCI modem activated and working 568/118 Mbps.
Live chat with Xfinity support succeeded in the end.
Direct message to Xfinity support via this forum helped guide me through the snarl of multiple profiles on the Xfinity account, some of which used abandoned email addresses. So thanks to all.

Try calling 1-855-652-3446. That is their self-install device activation line.
