Ubiquiti Amplifi HD Router not receiving an IPv6 Address but modem does receive and IPv6 address when connected directly
I seem to have run into a wall with this issue. I have a Netgear CM1000v2 modem and an Ubiquiti Amplifi HD router. I can successfully receive an IPv6 address if I connect a laptop directly to the modem and the IPv6 test comes back as all good.
However, my router will not receive an IPv6 address from the modem when connected. All of the router's settings are turned on for DHCP, IPv6 and DHCP6. I have rebooted and factory reset the router and toggled the IPv6 settings multiple times, and I still get an error showing no IPv6 configuration and the IPv6 online test fails via the router's connection. AMPLIFI support says I need a Client ID from Xfinity, but Xfinity support says I do not.
Any help would be appreciated.
