Turn off WPA3 for printer connection

I’m trying to connect my Canon TS6320 printer (built in 2019) to my Xfinity home internet. I cannot connect it to my WiFi because of the WPA3. I was advised by Canon customer support that I need WPA3 turned off and WPA2 turned on in order to connect it to WiFi.

ANY HELP WITH THIS FROM A LIVE AGENT WOULD BE APPRECIATED, NOT THE XFINITY ASSISTANT!

Hey there, g95, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your account. We would be happy to help you with troubleshooting your printer. You can edit your security settings on your Wi-Fi using the steps in the link @BruceW provided. Were you able to take a look at that link?
