Title: Data meter showing 361% of cap in 6 days — two conflicting totals, no explanation from chat support

I'm looking for help from the Digital Care Team on a data usage measurement that I don't believe is accurate, and that front-line chat was unable to explain.

The situation:

- Six days into my current cycle, my usage dashboard reports 4,442 GB against a 1,229 GB allowance (361%), with $100 in overage charges applied.
- My typical full-month usage is under 1,000 GB. Nothing in my household has changed. The same 17 devices have been connected for months, and I've audited them.
- During my chat today, the agent told me my total usage was 1,511 GB. My dashboard says 4,442 GB. Those two figures cannot both be correct for the same billing cycle, and no one has been able to tell me which one the charge is based on.

On the numbers: 4,442 GB over six days averages roughly 740 GB per day, which is about 68 Mbps sustained continuously, 24 hours a day, with no idle time at all. That is not a plausible profile for a residential account with my history.

The explanation I was given was that "we provide 1200 Mbps, your average usage is 311 Mbps." Mbps is a measure of speed and GB is a measure of volume, so that statement doesn't identify a source of consumption. When I asked what caused the spike, I was offered an upgrade to an unlimited plan instead of an answer. I asked to escalate several times and was told that everyone has the same access.

What I'm asking for:

1. A meter audit for this billing cycle, with the daily and per-device breakdown that produced the 4,442 GB figure.
2. An explanation of the discrepancy between the 4,442 GB shown to me and the 1,511 GB quoted by the agent.
3. Reversal of the $100 overage charge while this is under review, since the underlying measurement is in dispute.

I've been a customer for years and would prefer to stay one. I have the full chat transcript with timestamps and can provide it. Happy to send my account details by DM.

Thanks.
