This is the worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!

I have experienced service interruptions when I am not close to maxing out my internet bandwidth, and I cannot get in touch with any customer service representative.  The wifi service has not been optimal since it was installed. This service is awful. If potential customers are reading and considering Xfinity, please check if there are other providers available in your area. The one thing you need as a customer is the ability to quickly resolve maintanence issues. They have outsourced customer service to the extent that you cannot get a resolution in a timely manner.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
