Temporary cable changed to a properly installed cable
In the Fall of 2024 an Xfinity service tech placed a temporary cable on the ground at my Condominium complex to my unit. To date they have not returned to install the permanent cable. I have 7 different ECM ticket numbers requesting the service and to date it has not been installed. My Condominium manager has informed me that they will no longer accept the temporary line laying on the ground and will be removing it so therefore I will not have service. What can I do besides cancel the service? Each time I call customer service I am given a ticket number and then there is never a follow up from Xfinity.
Regards,
Stacey

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, @user_e2bal6 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. With being new to the platform, I understand not being familiar with the process. Our awesome forum expert @EG was able to move your post to the correct board and bring this to my attention, and I'd like to help assist with getting the line addressed. Since you have already sent the direct message I'll follow up with you there to continue.
