Teams audio dropout

I’m having this problem.  It started about 2 months ago.

https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/your-home-network/zoomteamswebex-audio-cuts-out-randomley/605cadb8c264e93e8581eaa8

There has been no change in equipment.  I see the problem on my laptop, ipad and iPhone, whether connected directly to the xfinity combo modem/router or either of two eeros.

I’m understanding I need to request private messaging to be enabled.  Thanks

Hi, @user_2d7da6! Thank you for spending your time to reach out to XFINITY over our forums page and for patiently waiting for a response for help with the audio concern. I use Teams for my job too so I understand the inconvenience that this can cause. I am sorry to learn about this experience. I will do everything within my power to help with getting this fixed. To get started, would you mind sending us a direct message with your first/last name and full address so I can pull up the account and take a look at what's going on?

You can start by clicking the "direct message" icon in the upper right page of the forum page. Once you click on that, input our  shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a private message. If you're signed in to your forums profile and because you have already posted to the public page, you should have the option to do so.

I have experienced exactly this of late. Around two months ago I had my modem / router upgraded by Comcast to the new gateway and since then I have the same issue across all devices I connect to Teams with and via the LAN as well as the wifi. My replacement box wasn't a new one as I could see it was dirty and smarked etc. Could this be the culprit here. Everything elsew works great. If so how do I get a replacement XFI Gateway?

@Subipete Quick follow up to my question about getting a replacement: You spend a long time on the phone talking to someone reading a script who doesn't listen to your answers. Just keeps asking questions and thanking you for your patience. Then you drive to local Comcast store and get a replacement in less that 5 minutes. Problem sorted! (we'll see)
