Good morning, @user_oh4749 ! Thanks for reaching out. Since it’s been a few days, are you still seeing T3 timeouts, packet loss, or service interruptions, or has the connection stabilized since then?

The 18th/19th was so unstable I did a factory reset to try and get a stable connection
It's basically every single day

Good Afternoon, @user_oh4749 . I’m sorry for the connectivity issues you experienced, especially with the excessive T3 timeouts lasting more than 10 minutes. Since a few days have passed, are you still seeing T3 timeouts, drops, or other connection issues?

Have you reviewed you inspected your cables to ensure there are no severe kinks or bends, @user_oh4749. Now would also be a good time to ensure the coaxial cable has been securely fastened on both ends as well. Before I suggest anything else you may have tried, what other troubleshooting steps have you already taken?

Common response.  Several techs have been to the house.  Line between pedestal and house replaced.  Inside lead wire replaced.  Modem is fairly new.  Last tech as we have stated for 10 years discovered the pedestal gets buried in water during heavy rain.  He like the last 10 techs recommended moving the pedestal yet no action has been taken. It is not inside the home as your techs have stated repeatedly
