T3 timeouts

I'm really getting tired of the lack of service on my line. I'm tired of complaining. I am tired of having to call in about an issue that isn't getting resolved.

Can you elaborate the issue? I was told by support that they were seeing some T3 timeouts and it seemed to have to do with very old enclosure on the side of the house and the tech installed weather-resistant coupler. I don't know if that addressed the issue but I'll say my speed test results show better speeds at least in the morning. [Edited: "Soliciting"]
