T3 Timeouts Frequent

We've had a rock solid modem connection with Xfinity since taking their service 3 years ago. I use a user-owned Netgear CM700 which has operated problem free. Lately, we've been getting transient T3 Timeouts, sometimes 2–3 times per day, sometimes none. A copy of our log since February 08, 2025 is attached to this message. We need some help in finding out if it's our issue (splitter, connectivity, modem, etc.) or an Xfinity issue downstream. Please assist.

Are you actually having connection drops, or are you just focusing on the error log entries ?

I am having connection drops. I'm wondering if it has to do with the MoCa adapters I've added to my home network? I wanted a mixed network, MoCa and WiFi so our PCs could be on Ethernet to provide a more solid signal than WiFi provided. Could the adapters be causing the T3 errors?

For a test, does a PC connected directly to the CM 700 cable modem (no routers or MoCA adapters in the mix) with an ethernet cable have connection drops ?

@user_ng3cd5

Have you had a chance to try that test ?
