SYNC Timing Synchonization Errors

Hello, after 5 visits xfinity found that a box a few blocks away was under water and fixed my issues for a short while. My internet keeps dropping or is slow and theres no way to get past the help bot. All connections are tight and I keep getting "Sync Timing synchronization failures" and "UCD invalid or channel unstable" failures. Ive gone through 3 modems trying to figure this out. How do I get this resolved? Thinking about moving to T Mobile because I work from home and this has been happening for years with no resolve.

Hello and welcome to the Xfinity Community Forum, @user_b68469! Thank you for creating a new post about your connectivity concerns. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've been having, and I'd love to see what our Digital Care Team can do to help! First, have you reviewed all available Connection Troubleshooting Tips? That's a great place to start, so let me know if you notice anything else that can be adjusted on your end. Otherwise, we'll probably need to take a closer look at your account, service, and equipment (which we're happy to do!)

Thank you for your help.  It seems to be working right now,  but throughout the day it ebbs and flows. I've done everything in the steps that you've provided.
