Switching to Xfinity from AT&T
Does anyone know how to switch from AT&T Uverse? I had XFinity and switched to AT&T, now switching back. AT&T did something to my coaxial connection. Does anyone know how to undo AT&T connection? I don't want to pay service fee. I thought I did it correctly but lost xfinity service after canceling AT&T.

Hello @user_42482d welcome back to our service! We definitley want to ensure that you can enjoy your connection with us again! How long ago did you last have our services installed in your home? Typically, if our service was activated within the last year or so, you should be able to set up service as a self-install no problem. However, if it has been a couple of years, that may require a technician to come out to ensure that our lines are properly connected.
