Stuck in modem reset (over 24 hours)

So it keeps telling me to call back in 10 minutes and hangs up on me.

Original issue was no internet but automated check said it was fine. My network isn’t showing up in menus and is not hidden.

Have you checked all the wiring to ensure that everything is tightly connected? Do you have your modem connected to a power strip instead of connected directly to a wall outlet?
