I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you.
Do you currently have the Xfinity Storm-Ready WiFi device connected as per the instructions? It should go from the electrical wall outlet, to the battery back-up, then to the Xfinity Storm-Ready device. Is the Xfinity Storm-Ready device fully online and activated for the pairing of the battery and systems to be linked?
Could you also please provide us with the status of the LEDs on both the Xfinity Storm-Ready device and the battery back-up? Please let us know at your next available convenience so we can continue troubleshooting. Hope to hear from you soon.
