Storm Ready Setup
When trying to set up the Storm Ready system, Im told that the firmware on the Gateway needs to be updated. However, it looks stuck, no update is happening. Waited almost an hour and nothing is happening. Anyone else have this issue?

Hello @user_xzes0g thank you for taking the time to use our community here for assistance with your issues. We definitley want to ensure you can activate your device without problem! In most cases, completing a modem reset will resolve any activation issues you are seeing. And, this will also process any updates pending for the modem. Have you already tried this?
