Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out

Been having pocket loss or disconnecting from the internet at random times and some being for 12 seconds or more at a time. It went away for a little bit after talking with customer support a couple months ago where I asked them to roll back an update for my modem that some online forums have said could lead to this issue but the issue is back again and been going on for a couple weeks.

My Modem:Nighthawk CM3000

Firmware Version V6.01.04  This and the preveious version of firmware has been linked to issues before according to some reports.

I dont have a splitter as far as I have seen inside my house, I dont know how old the cable is since it was here before I moved in 5+ years ago.
