SSID not showing up?
I currently have Xfinity XFI advanced gateway model: XB6. SSID:A. I need to extend the range throughout my home. So I purchased the Google Mesh WiFi and set it up using a different SSID:B it works fine. I used the admin tool recently it shows that Bridge mode is enabled. Internet has green check ✅but WiFi and MoCA have red X ❌. Ive noticed SSID:A (Xfinity) doesn’t show up on any device anymore. SSID:B(Google) is the only one that shows up. How do I resolve this issue?

The WiFi radio and the MoCA functions get disabled when the gateway device is placed into bridge mode.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
